I added artichoke hearts, spinach, sauteed onions and baby bellas, garlic, and sundried tomatoes with Italian seasoning. Brian wanted plain ones. I'm going to put mine on an English muffin. Yum!

Egg muffins
I made some egg muffins this morning using this super-easy recipe: http://www.kalynskitchen.com/2006/10/egg-muffins-revisited-again.html
I added artichoke hearts, spinach, sauteed onions and baby bellas, garlic, and sundried tomatoes with Italian seasoning. Brian wanted plain ones. I'm going to put mine on an English muffin. Yum!
